Fund Manager Equity

MN is seeking a (Junior) Fund Manager Equity to join its internal Equity Management & Research team within the Treasury & Equity Execution department in Den Haag. Managing approximately ’165 billion in assets for Dutch pension funds, the team is responsible for managing several large-scale index replication equity portfolios. In this role, you will manage daily execution and operations, ensuring accurate portfolio monitoring, implementing corporate actions, reinvesting dividends, and rebalancing asset weights to maintain the desired equity exposures. In addition to daily trading and execution activities, you will perform quantitative analyses to optimize strategies, evaluate benchmark construction against client goals, and integrate ESG guidelines into the investment workflow. You will also participate in projects dedicated to automating investment processes and upgrading execution tactics. The position requires a quantitative Master's or PhD, strong analytical capabilities, and experience with programming languages like Python, SQL, and R to develop automated solutions and conduct advanced data analysis.
