Rabobank is seeking an Expert Team Lead Market Data to manage and develop a global, high-performing team of eight specialists across London, Utrecht, and New York. This role is responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and robust governance of the bank's market data services, platforms, and vendor relationships. The successful candidate will align front-office trading requirements with technology capabilities to optimize services, manage platforms, and deliver cost-efficient, compliant market data systems. Daily responsibilities include negotiating vendor contracts, mitigating compliance risks, managing large-scale infrastructure optimization programs, and utilizing usage analytics to realize cost reductions. Positioned within the Reporting & Data Services division, the Team Lead will collaborate closely with front, middle, and back-office stakeholders to maintain high-availability data feeds and platform resilience. Strong leadership, deep knowledge of financial markets data platforms and licensing, and excellent vendor governance skills are essential for success.
