Audit Supervisor - CAS Risk and Finance

ING’s global Corporate Audit Services (CAS) division in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Audit Supervisor to join the Risk & Finance audit team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the design and assessing the operating effectiveness of controls across a varied array of Risk and Finance domains. Daily responsibilities include leading the independent planning, execution, and reporting of complex audits, supervising and coaching team members, and proactively managing senior stakeholder expectations. The position requires a deep understanding of banking operations, internal control structures, and risk frameworks. Additionally, the role emphasizes the application of data analytics within the audit process to identify control weaknesses and streamline audit procedures. While performing these audits, you will assess risk management models and financial frameworks to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external standards, contributing directly to the continuous improvement of the audit function.
