Chapter Lead Data & Analytics

Greenchoice is seeking a Chapter Lead Data & Analytics to guide their data team and spearhead a major technological transition in Rotterdam. In this role, you will lead a close-knit, multidisciplinary team of six data analysts, two data engineers, and one data architect. The primary objective of the team is to migrate two legacy on-premises data warehouses into a modern, highly scalable Data Management Platform built on Microsoft Azure and Databricks. As a leader, you will be responsible for defining technical standards, establishing robust ETL/ELT pipelines, designing clean data models, and fostering a culture of technical craftsmanship and growth. Additionally, you will drive organizational change by promoting data accessibility, improving dashboards, and building out a comprehensive self-service BI capability across departments such as Finance, HR, and Commercial. This position is ideal for an experienced data expert with strong leadership skills and deep technical knowledge of cloud data engineering ecosystem.
