Teamlead Data & Analytics

As the Team Lead Data & Analytics at Scholt Energy in Eindhoven, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's data-driven success within the B2B energy transition market. Leading a dedicated team of data engineers, data analysts, and a data platform product owner, your primary objective is to transform complex energy market data into valuable, accessible insights. Your daily responsibilities will include managing and motivating your team, coordinating high-level daily activities, and shaping the technical data roadmap. You will act as a key sparring partner across the IT and business departments to foster data accessibility. Technically, the role demands deep experience in designing and scaling robust big data architectures and pipelines. You will leverage a modern cloud data stack including Azure Cloud, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Apache Spark, and Apache Kafka to process, store, and analyze massive datasets.
