Manager Data Science

As Manager Data Science & Datamanagement at a.s.r., you will lead multiple data teams comprising Data Scientists and Data Stewards, bridging the gap between strategy and execution. Your primary objective is to drive the data-driven transformation of a.s.r., implementing robust AI governance and promoting innovation that delivers visible value to customers and colleagues. Key responsibilities include coaching team members in their professional development, translating strategic goals into concrete data science and AI initiatives, and strengthening data management and quality across the organisation. You will foster collaboration between business units, IT, data engineering, and data governance functions. You will have a direct line to senior management, helping shape the future of a.s.r. by cultivating a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
