Data Scientist External Fraud – Data & Analytics Early Career Program

Join Rabobank's intensive 18-month Data & Analytics Early Career Program as a Data Scientist in the External Fraud division. In this role, you will help protect customers, society, and the bank from evolving financial crimes. Daily responsibilities include analyzing millions of transactions and client interactions, identifying suspicious patterns, assessing new fraud modus operandi, and developing robust action plans to stop fraud before it happens. You will apply quantitative methods such as statistical modeling, data modeling, anomaly detection, and machine learning/artificial intelligence to enhance fraud detection systems. As part of a highly supportive team, you will receive extensive technical training, professional mentoring, and dedicated personal development time. The role requires collaboration with the wider data science community, especially during weekly collaborative sessions.
