Data Scientist (Freelance)

As a Freelance Data Scientist within the Digital & Data team at OHRA, you translate business challenges into advanced, scalable data solutions. You develop automated AI-driven dashboards, analytics, machine learning algorithms, and generative AI applications to accelerate decision-making and enhance commercial and operational results. Responsibilities include building robust data pipelines, ensuring data quality and model explainability, and proactively identifying opportunities and risks. You work closely with internal stakeholders across digital and customer service domains. The technical stack requires strong proficiency in SQL and Python, alongside hands-on experience with LLMs, agents, RAG, data transformation, and model validation frameworks.
