The AI & Data Engineer Investments will play a key role in the digitalization of the investment organization at Van Lanschot Kempen, working at the intersection of investments, data, and artificial intelligence. The main objective is to build scalable data and AI solutions that fundamentally improve investment processes, analyses, and client experiences, supporting investment analysts, quant specialists, and advisors. Responsibilities include designing and implementing robust data pipelines, developing AI applications, and building software to make solutions widely accessible. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, optimizing existing AI/data solutions for performance and scalability, and ensuring data quality, governance, security, and compliance. The position requires contributing to technical standards, coaching colleagues, and acting as a sparring partner for both business and technology stakeholders.
