About the role

The Kempen Global Listed Infrastructure Fund, a rapidly growing fund within Van Lanschot Kempen Investment Management with ‑235 million in AUM, is seeking an Associate/Portfolio Manager to join its investment team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will analyze and invest in global listed infrastructure companies across sectors such as utilities, transport, pipelines, and digital infrastructure. You will actively execute the fund's investment process and philosophy, translating fundamental and data-driven analyses into executable portfolio trades to drive outperformance. Key responsibilities include integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors directly into the investment research process and engaging with companies to promote sustainable change. The role combines deep fundamental research with quantitative techniques and data-analysis skills. Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of experience in infrastructure investing or analysis, familiarity with leveraging AI-tools for business and data analysis, and a university degree (ideally with or pursuing a CFA designation). You will work in a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial environment alongside senior portfolio managers to pitch, validate, and execute investment ideas.
