Junior FEC Screening Expert - Data Analytics Early Career Program

Rabobank is seeking a Junior FEC (Financial Economic Crime) Screening Expert to join their 18-month Data Analytics Early Career Program based in Utrecht. In this hybrid role, you will be embedded in a team dedicated to combating financial crime by reviewing and improving transactional and customer sanctions models. Your primary daily responsibilities will include executing robust model testing activities, evaluating key performance metrics such as recall and precision, and managing comprehensive datasets. Additionally, you will update technical documentation following model updates and prepare structured executive summaries for diverse stakeholders across the bank. On the quantitative side, the position focuses on statistical testing, metric optimization (such as precision/recall trade-offs), and data-driven model monitoring. Technologically, the role requires hands-on coding proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, manipulation, and modeling. Candidates should hold a Master's degree, possess up to 2 years of experience, and demonstrate strong analytical communication skills.
