Head of Risk Financing & Analytics, EMEA

Aon is seeking a Head of Risk Financing & Analytics (RFA), EMEA to lead and define its client-facing risk analytics and capital advisory strategy across the region. The successful candidate will help multinational corporations quantify, finance, and optimize complex risk exposures to improve resilience and capital efficiency. Key responsibilities include driving the commercial growth of the analytics consulting practice, partnering with Commercial Risk Solutions, and spearheading the development of innovative analytical platforms like Analyzer and Diagnostic tools. The team models and evaluates exposures across traditional and emerging risk areas, including climate change, cyber threats, artificial intelligence, supply chain disruptions, and natural catastrophes. Candidates should possess substantial experience in risk financing, capital modeling, or reinsurance, alongside a highly quantitative degree and a proven track record of managing high-performing, cross-border professional teams.
