Senior Consultant Risk Finance

Aon Global Risk Consulting (AGRC) is seeking a Senior Consultant Risk Finance based in Rotterdam. Part of the Commercial Risk solution line, this role advises large and mid-sized international corporate clients and captive insurers on risk management and risk finance optimization. The key responsibilities include leading actuarial consulting projects, executing solvency capital calculations (Solvency II / SCR), and guiding clients through the ORSA (Own Risk and Solvency Assessment) process. Additionally, the consultant will support GRC frameworks, optimize risk financing strategies using Aon's proprietary Risk Financing Analytics methodology, and perform business development and relationship management across EMEA. Quantitative and actuarial tasks involve solvency modeling, risk quantification, and capital calculations. Candidates should possess a degree in economics or actuarial sciences, have a strong affinity for Solvency II and capital models, and have proficiency in Microsoft 365. Actuarial education support is offered.
