Senior (Financial) Model Engineer Pricing | Hybride

The Pricing & Profitability team develops and manages business-critical calculation models for pension and insurance products, including pricing, NPV-dashboarding, and profitability analysis. As a Senior Model Engineer, you will work within the Software Engineering capability group, bridging the gap between actuarial logic, financial risk, and commercial decision-making. Your primary responsibility is the development, maintenance, and professionalization of a central C# pricing engine. You will translate complex actuarial and commercial requirements into robust, testable, and maintainable software. Key tasks include improving model performance, modularization, and documentation to ensure explainability and reduce key-person dependency. You will implement pricing functionality for buy-outs, collective DC products, annuities, and DB calculations. The role requires strong object-oriented design skills and a focus on software architecture, while mentoring junior colleagues to enhance overall team quality and technical standards.
