Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer within the Data Driven Underwriting team, your objective is to translate raw data into structured files and build automated data pipelines to drive portfolio profitability and growth. You will model diverse data sources using SQL and Python, design pipelines for large volumes of data within an Azure Data Lake, and maintain the Azure data platform user environment to support pricing actuaries, data analysts, and data scientists. Additional responsibilities include automating data flows, and developing and maintaining APIs to integrate information into IT systems. You will collaborate closely with IT, product management, and pricing teams in a hybrid working environment.
