Digital Assets Trader

Flow Traders is seeking an experienced Digital Assets Trader to join its global Digital Assets Trading team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize profitable quantitative trading strategies across CeFi and DeFi markets, capitalizing on market inefficiencies across crypto exchanges, instruments, and decentralized protocols. Working closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and engineers, key duties include the 24/7 monitoring, execution, and risk management of live production strategies, as well as enhancing trading tooling and low-latency infrastructure. Candidates require a proven track record of PnL generation in low-latency CeFi trading or on-chain DeFi environments, practical experience with exchange APIs and latency-sensitive systems, and solid programming and data analysis skills in Python and SQL.
