Data Scientist

BeFrank is seeking a Data Scientist to join their Employer & Advisor chain in Amsterdam. In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights to support business and strategic decision-making. Daily responsibilities include conducting complex statistical analyses, developing predictive and customer models, and building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. You will collaborate closely with Data Stewards to improve data quality, and advise the Management Team on operational and strategic improvements across finance, HR, and operations. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience and a quantitative background in Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. Technical proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Power BI is required. Please note that fluent Dutch (written and spoken) is a strict requirement for this position.
