Head of Trading Certificates

The Head of Trading Certificates will lead Caely's renewable trading activities across power, gas, and various renewable certificates in key markets including Spain, Sweden, Norway, Italy, and the USA. This role entails full ownership of trading strategy, portfolio performance, and P&L delivery across all time horizons, ensuring strict adherence to the firm’s risk appetite and commercial objectives. The successful candidate will drive trading performance in volatile energy markets by actively identifying new opportunities and optimizing portfolio positioning. Key responsibilities include leading and developing trading teams across multiple regions, fostering close collaboration with risk, quant, and analytics functions to support disciplined and profitable growth, while ensuring full compliance with relevant market regulations. The role requires strong programming/coding skills, particularly in Python, to leverage data, automation, and advanced analytics for informed trading decisions and strategy execution.
