Senior Product Manager WB Advanced Analytics and Artifical Intelligence

ING Bank is seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager to join its Wholesale Banking Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence discovery squad in Amsterdam. In this global, high-impact role, you will lead the discovery, validation, and shipment of innovative AI-driven products. Daily responsibilities include managing the idea intake funnel, prioritizing the backlog using Lean and Agile delivery frameworks, and designing structured experiments with a multidisciplinary squad of Data Scientists, UX Researchers, and AI Engineers. The team focuses on identifying and solving complex data problems within Wholesale Banking, applying advanced quantitative data science methods and agentic AI workflows to unlock measurable business value. Specific initiatives involve utilizing voice and transaction data to predict trading behavior, prototyping AI-driven investment algorithms, and developing robust business cases with metrics-driven storytelling. Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in tech-driven product management, with a solid understanding of data science principles, product experimentation, and hands-on delivery.
