About the role

The Credit Risk Data Remediation team at ING is seeking a Credit Risk Data LLM Research & Implementation Intern in Amsterdam. The team's primary objective is to ensure that Default and Loss Given Default (LGD) data is of appropriate quality for credit risk model development by processing cashflow, facility, and collateral data. In this role, the intern will play a key part in the LGD Data Automation team's Large Language Model (LLM) development and research project. Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data to recommend automation solutions, designing and creating management reports and dashboards, and engaging with stakeholders to gather input. Additionally, the intern will assist in testing, migrating, and implementing new systems, as well as continuously monitoring and optimizing these automated processes after deployment. Technical skills required for this role include data transformation tools, SQL, SAS programming, Microsoft Excel, and LLM development methodologies.
