Expert/Strategisch ALM Adviseur

PGGM is seeking an Expert/Strategic ALM Advisor to join its Actuarial Advisory & ALM (AA&A) team, which consists of eighteen professionals in Zeist (moving to Utrecht in 2028). The team plays a crucial role in advising PFZW, the second-largest pension fund in the Netherlands, alongside other major clients. In this senior role, the advisor acts as a key strategic sparring partner on pension, actuarial, and investment issues under the new Dutch Future Pensions Act (Wet toekomst pensioenen - Wtp). Daily responsibilities include managing and utilizing a validated, multi-client ALM model, designing the financial setups of pension schemes, evaluating risk appetite, and monitoring overall financial risks. The position requires translating highly complex quantitative analyses and stochastic projections into structured, strategic guidance for boards and directors. Candidates should possess deep knowledge of actuarial science and portfolio risk management, combined with strong communication skills to handle multi-stakeholder pension environments.
