About the role
Da Vinci is seeking a Graduate Trading Risk Analyst in Amsterdam to monitor and analyze real-time trading activities, portfolio risk exposures, and profit and loss (P&L) dynamics. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and high-stakes environment, working closely with traders, quants, and developers to proactively identify and mitigate market risk. Daily responsibilities include performing scenario analyses, stress testing, backtesting, and investigating trading anomalies. Additionally, the role involves building, enhancing, and maintaining quantitative tools and dashboards to visualize risk and market dynamics. Candidates must possess a strong analytical foundation in statistics, probability, and financial modeling, specifically regarding derivatives like futures and options.
