Senior Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist within the Business Analytics team at MN, you will play a pivotal role in delivering bespoke data-driven solutions for MN Vermogensbeheer, focusing on Fiduciair Management and Asset Management. The team focuses on extracting actionable insights to advise clients and optimize investment operations. On a daily basis, you will translate complex business challenges into Python-based microservice applications, build and deploy scalable infrastructure on AWS using an in-house cloud development framework, and establish robust CI/CD pipelines via YAML. The role involves designing and implementing statistical, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning models on high-volume asset management data. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior colleagues through pair programming, executing code reviews, and presenting findings to business stakeholders during monthly demos. The tech stack includes Python, Docker, Git, Plotly, Dash, and Snowflake within an agile, BizDevOps environment.
