Identity may still be inferred from details an expert publishes on a separate public homepage. After a request-first booking is paid, Quant Jobs NL shares the selected expert's name and coordinates the meeting.

Matchmaking / request-first

The Quant Jobs NL service fee is temporarily reduced by 50% during the pilot. Experts choose the amount they want to receive, and learners currently pay the expert fee plus the reduced service fee.

After the pilot, a 15% service fee is planned, with a minimum of €15 for a live session and a minimum of €10 for a Written Expert Answer. Any applicable fee will always be shown before payment.

Direct booking

Quant Jobs NL does not charge a fee for direct bookings. The learner and expert arrange payment directly.

Quant career coaching is paid one-to-one guidance for people exploring quantitative finance careers. A suitable expert can help with role choice, CV and project positioning, interview preparation or a quant skill gap.

Who is quant career coaching for?

It is for students, graduates, early-career professionals and career switchers who want a clearer path into quantitative finance or focused feedback on their next application or technical step.

Can I choose an expert directly?

Yes. You can book directly from a published expert homepage when an expert has shared one. Scheduling and payment are arranged directly with that expert. You can also submit a request and compare up to three unnamed proposals through the request-first service.

When will I see the expert's name?

Request-first proposals do not directly display an expert's identity before payment, although identity may still be inferred from details an expert publishes on a separate public homepage.

Do I have to pay when submitting a request?

No. You pay only after choosing an expert proposal.

What if no expert is available?

You will not be charged. Quant Jobs NL cannot guarantee that every request will receive a suitable proposal.

Can an expert complete an assignment for me?

No. Experts may explain concepts and provide feedback, but they cannot complete assessed work or recruitment assignments on your behalf.

What happens if I cancel?

For request-first bookings, cancellation and refund arrangements follow the proposal. For direct homepage bookings, cancellation and refund arrangements are agreed with the expert.
