Before payment, proposals do not display names, photographs, employers or contact details. After a booking is paid, Quant Jobs NL shares the selected expert's name. Email addresses remain hidden and Quant Jobs NL coordinates the meeting.

The Quant Jobs NL service fee is temporarily waived during the pilot. Experts choose the amount they want to receive, and learners currently pay only that expert fee.

After the pilot, a 15% service fee is planned, with a minimum of €15 for a live session and a minimum of €10 for a Written Expert Answer. Any applicable fee will always be shown before payment.

Can I choose an expert directly?

The pilot is request-first. Describe your objective and Quant Jobs NL will invite suitable experts. You may receive up to three anonymized proposals to compare.

When will I see the expert's name?

The selected expert's name is revealed after payment. Contact details remain private and Quant Jobs NL coordinates the meeting.

Do I have to pay when submitting a request?

No. You pay only after choosing an expert proposal.

What if no expert is available?

You will not be charged. Quant Jobs NL cannot guarantee that every request will receive a suitable proposal.

Can an expert complete an assignment for me?

No. Experts may explain concepts and provide feedback, but they cannot complete assessed work or recruitment assignments on your behalf.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel more than 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and learner no-shows are not refundable.
