Quant Expert Sessions Pilot Terms

1. Educational service

Live Expert Sessions and Written Expert Answers support learning, feedback, career mentoring and interview preparation. They are not corporate consulting, employment services, regulated financial advice, legal advice or tax advice. Experts do not complete assessed assignments, recruitment exercises or work that a learner will represent as their own. Quant Jobs NL may reject a request that does not fit these purposes.

2. Request-first matching

Quant Jobs NL manually reviews learner requests and may invite suitable opted-in experts. A learner may receive up to three anonymized proposals. Neither a match, a minimum number of proposals, an invitation nor income is guaranteed.

3. Privacy and identity

Before payment, the learner does not see the expert's name, photograph, current employer or contact details. The selected expert's name is shared after payment. Contact details remain hidden. Quant Jobs NL coordinates live meetings and privately forwards written answers and follow-up questions.

4. Prices, payment and payout

Experts state the agreed fee they want to receive. Quant Jobs NL shows the proposal scope, turnaround, fee breakdown and total before payment. Work is not confirmed until full payment has been received. Expert payout follows completion. Any applicable tax treatment is shown before payment.

4A. Starting a live session during the cooling-off period

A learner may ask Quant Jobs NL to start a Live Expert Session during any applicable statutory cooling-off period. Before the session starts, the learner must make that request and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal may end once the Live Expert Session has been fully performed. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

• A learner who cancels more than 24 hours before the session receives a full refund, including the service fee.
• A learner cancellation within 24 hours, or a learner no-show, is not refundable; the expert receives the agreed session fee and Quant Jobs NL retains the service fee.
• If the expert cancels, the learner receives a full refund or may choose an available replacement.
• If a shared technical problem prevents the session, it will be rescheduled without an additional fee.

5A. Written-answer delivery

A Written Expert Answer normally targets delivery within three business days after payment, unless the proposal states another turnaround. The calendar deadline is confirmed after payment. One follow-up question submitted through Quant Jobs NL within seven calendar days is included. If the expert misses the agreed deadline without a learner-approved extension, the learner receives a full refund, including the service fee. A learner may cancel for a full refund before work starts; cancellation after work starts is reviewed individually. The service is not treated as fully delivered until the included follow-up question has been handled.

6. Complaints

A completed session does not qualify for an automatic refund based only on dissatisfaction. Quant Jobs NL reviews substantiated complaints individually and may request information from both parties before deciding an appropriate response.

7. Learner responsibilities

Learners must describe their objective accurately, attend at the agreed time and use the service lawfully. Learners must not request completion of assessed academic work, examinations, take-home recruitment assignments or work that will be misrepresented as their own.

8. Expert responsibilities

Experts must represent their expertise accurately, accept only suitable requests and comply with obligations to employers and other parties. Experts must not disclose confidential, proprietary, employer-specific or material non-public information, including internal model parameters, positions, controls or documents.

9. No regulated advice

Experts must not provide regulated investment or financial advice. Participants remain responsible for their own decisions, work and use of information discussed during a session.

10. Pilot operation

Matching, payment confirmation, identity disclosure, scheduling, completion records and payouts are handled manually during the pilot. Quant Jobs NL may pause or end the pilot, but confirmed bookings will be completed, replaced or refunded as appropriate.
