Digital Products Terms

These terms apply to digital guides, courses, workbooks, templates and related online materials offered by Quant Jobs NL. The product page and checkout describe the specific product, price, contents, access period and any included updates.
1. Product and scope
Each product page and checkout summary forms part of the purchase description. For the current product, Quant Finance Job Applications: Understanding the Hiring Manager's Perspective, the purchase includes personal access to the five online guide parts, the printable candidate evidence workbook, and online examples and model answers that are not included in the printable workbook.
2. Personal-use licence
Access is licensed to one buyer for personal use. You may use the guide and workbook for your own preparation, but you may not share access, resell, publish or redistribute the guide or workbook.
3. Digital delivery and access
Online access is intended to begin after payment has been confirmed. Where immediate delivery is requested during an applicable withdrawal period, the required express consent and acknowledgement must be collected at checkout before access begins.
4. Updates and future products
Updates are included only when the product description says they are. The current guide purchase includes future revisions to that guide edition. A later course, service, product edition or substantially new product is not automatically included unless the product description says otherwise.
5. Questions and feedback
Buyers may send questions and feedback about a purchased product. Repeated questions may inform future revisions, but a purchase does not include personalised coaching or guarantee an individual reply.
6. Withdrawal and change of mind
There is no automatic change-of-mind refund after immediate digital access has validly begun with the required consent and acknowledgement. Exceptional requests may be reviewed individually.
7. Access problems and conformity
If access fails or a digital product materially differs from its sales description, contact Quant Jobs NL. We will first try to correct the problem within a reasonable time. If it cannot be corrected, an appropriate remedy or refund will be provided in line with applicable consumer law.
8. Refund consequences
A full refund ends access to the relevant online product and eligibility for any included updates. Any permitted personal copies must no longer be used or redistributed.
9. Purpose and limitations
Products are provided for the purpose described on their product page. The current guide supports career preparation and does not guarantee an interview, job offer or career outcome. It is not regulated financial advice, legal advice or tax advice.
10. Mandatory rights and contact
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Questions, access problems and refund requests can be sent to guide@quantjobs.nl.
