1. Introduction

QuantJobs.nl ("we", "us") provides a specialized recruitment platform for Quantitative Finance. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use our services.

2. Data We Collect

• Account Information: When signing in via social identity providers (such as LinkedIn), we collect your name and email address as authorized by you through that provider.
• Profile Data: We collect information you voluntarily provide, including CV text, technical tags, salary expectations, and residency status.
• Recruiter Data: We collect professional contact information from recruiters and hiring managers to verify corporate access.
• Course engagement data: For registered course users, we record a pseudonymous activity event after a lecture remains visible for 60 seconds, together with quiz start, quiz completion and course-package download events. We do not store quiz answers or scores for analytics.

3. How We Use Your Data

A core feature of QuantJobs.nl is Candidate Anonymity. We use your data to:

• Analyze your CV using AI to create an anonymous technical summary.
• Calculate match scores for specific vacancies.
• Facilitate "Double Opt-in" introductions where your identity is only revealed after your explicit consent.

4. Quant Career Coaching

When you use Quant Career Coaching, we process the learning request, delivery format, expertise, availability, proposal, pricing, status and feedback information needed to operate the service. The dedicated Expert Sessions records do not store names or email addresses; account identity is handled separately by our authentication provider.

Before payment, requests and proposals are shared anonymously with selected participants. After payment, Quant Jobs NL shares the selected expert's name with the learner. Contact details remain hidden. Quant Jobs NL coordinates live meetings and forwards written answers and follow-up questions through its operational email channel. Written-answer content is not stored in dedicated Expert Sessions database records. We retain operational payment, cancellation and payout records where required for the service and legal obligations.

If a learner separately opts in, Quant Jobs NL may publish an anonymized summary on the public requests page after manual review. The public summary may show the title, domain, knowledge level, session type, objective, desired outcome and maximum expert fee. It does not show names, email addresses, account identifiers, supporting links, availability, time zones or contact details. Consent does not guarantee publication, and the request is removed when an expert proposal is selected.

5. Course Analytics

We use course engagement data only to understand aggregate participation and improve the course. Reports show group-level counts rather than individual progress, and the pseudonymous activity records are deleted after 12 months.

6. AI and Automation

We use automated technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to analyze and process CV text provided by users. This processing is performed solely to generate anonymous professional summaries and technical fingerprints to facilitate job matching. We do not use your personal data to train AI models, and all AI processing is conducted within secure, encrypted environments provided by our infrastructure partners.

7. Data Sharing & Security

We use industry-standard third-party infrastructure and authentication partners to process and store your data securely. These partners are required to maintain strict security standards and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. Your real name, email, and CV are never shared with recruiters without your explicit consent through our "Reveal Identity" feature.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can manage your visibility and delete your profile directly from your Dashboard.
