QuantJobs.nl ("we", "us") provides a specialized recruitment platform for Quantitative Finance. This policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use our services.
A core feature of QuantJobs.nl is Candidate Anonymity. We use your data to:
When you use Quant Career Coaching, we process the learning request, delivery format, expertise, availability, proposal, pricing, status and feedback information needed to operate the service. Account names and email addresses are handled separately by our authentication provider unless an expert voluntarily supplies an optional public name or headshot URL for a public expert profile.
In the request-first service, requests and proposals are shared without directly displaying participant identities. After payment, Quant Jobs NL shares the selected expert's name with the learner. Contact details remain hidden. Quant Jobs NL coordinates live meetings and forwards written answers and follow-up questions through its operational email channel. Written-answer content is not stored in dedicated Expert Sessions database records. We retain operational payment, cancellation and payout records where required for the service and legal obligations.
If a learner separately opts in, Quant Jobs NL may publish an anonymized summary on the public requests page after manual review. The public summary may show the title, domain, knowledge level, session type, objective, desired outcome and maximum expert fee. It does not show names, email addresses, account identifiers, supporting links, availability, time zones or contact details. Consent does not guarantee publication, and the request is removed when an expert proposal is selected.
An expert may separately opt into a public expert profile. That page may show expertise, experience range, industry background, current and previous employers together, session types, availability, professional summary, the price for a 60-minute session, a booking URL and an optional public name and headshot. Publishing these details may allow the expert's identity to be inferred from an otherwise unnamed proposal.
A public booking link opens a third-party scheduling service with its own privacy practices. Scheduling and payment are arranged directly between the visitor and expert; Quant Jobs NL does not process direct-booking payments or receive confirmation that a direct booking was completed.
For the paid written CV review, we store your uploaded CV, vacancy link, notes and completed review in private Cloudflare storage. Only your signed-in account and the assigned expert can access the files through the review service. Orders do not appear in public requests or the expert matching queue. Stripe processes the €49 payment; your account email is used for payment confirmation and delivery notifications through Resend. Your CV file and review notes are not sent to Stripe.
We use course engagement data only to understand aggregate participation and improve the course. Reports show group-level counts rather than individual progress, and the pseudonymous activity records are deleted after 12 months.
We use automated technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), to analyze and process CV text provided by users. This processing is performed solely to generate anonymous professional summaries and technical fingerprints to facilitate job matching. We do not use your personal data to train AI models, and all AI processing is conducted within secure, encrypted environments provided by our infrastructure partners.
Google Workspace data and Limited Use: We use the Google Calendar API only to check availability and to create, update or remove calendar events for bookings when the user authorizes those actions. Google Workspace data, including calendar availability and event details, is not sent to AI providers and is not used to create, train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Our AI features use Cloudflare Workers AI and Google Gemini for user-requested CV processing and public vacancy extraction or classification. These AI workflows are separate from Google Calendar processing and do not receive Google Workspace data.
We use industry-standard third-party infrastructure and authentication partners to process and store your data securely. These partners are required to maintain strict security standards and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. Your real name, email, and CV are never shared with recruiters without your explicit consent through our "Reveal Identity" feature.
Google Calendar sharing: When you connect Google Calendar, authorized calendar data is exchanged with the Google Calendar API and processed by Quant Jobs NL's backend hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare acts as an infrastructure service provider on our instructions. Calendar data is not disclosed to AI providers, advertisers, data brokers or information resellers, and is used only to check availability and create, update or remove booking events requested by the user.
Protection of Google Calendar data: Calendar requests and OAuth credentials are transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Google Calendar access and refresh tokens are stored in our database in encrypted form using AES-GCM encryption with a secret encryption key, and access is limited to authenticated backend operations. When a user disconnects Google Calendar, we attempt to revoke the Google authorization and delete the stored calendar connection.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can manage your visibility and delete your profile directly from your Dashboard.
